Winter is on it's way and with it brings static electricity, pumped in heat and less air flow. All these combines can lead to strange activity like: lights flickering, electrical issues and a build up of stale air, positive Ions and high EMF levels. To avoid these problems air out your house and don't overload outlets. Don't leave phone chargers plugged in when not in use, they run up electric bills and let voltage build up.

Is there a connection between Quantum Physics and the Afterlife? The theory of multiple dimensions opens new philosophies about the possibility of life existing on other dimensions either in other life forms or our spirit forms. Although far from a unified theory of everything, scientists are working on discovering more about string theory. This theory is still considered theoretical Physics and no connection to afterlife has been made but if a connection exists we are in for an interesting future.

We are still looking over all the data from our last 2 investigations. On these investigations 3 new team members joined us. We would like to welcome Amara, Dee, and Dan T to the team. Recently we were being interviewed for a possible article in the NY Post for this Sunday but the story fell through. I was briefly mentioned in today's Newsday. The research page has been replaced by the investigation page. All info from the research page has been incorporated between this page and the investigation page. I want to wish everyone a Happy Halloween.

The Ed Sullivan piece aired last night. Unfortunately they left out our organization name and any info on the actual investigation. The skit was funny and we got a kick out of it, we just wish people would have been able to see what we actually do. Still it was an experience of a lifetime and CBS treated us great.
We were called: Ghostbusters, Rupert and the ghost hunters, and Poltergeist hunters. Click the following link to view the video captured. We ruled out any reflections, lights, laser beams, insects and anything else possible and we were left with absolutely no explanation:

We are in the process of training several new members. Neil is no longer on the team, he has joined the Navy and will be gone for five years. We wish Neil the best and hope he keeps in contact. Heidi has moved to New Jersey and is no longer a full time member. Heidi will be kept on as a research assistant. We will miss Heidi very much, she has been an an asset and a good friend. New Jersey is lucky to have her.

Recently we have been contributors to Jeff Belanger's Encyclopedia of Haunted Places (Ghostly Locales from Around the World). We contributed 2 investigations, Roxy Studio & McCarren Park swimming pool. You can find both pieces on pages 63-64. Unfortunately Heidi is moving to New Jersey and will not be a full time member anymore. We are sad to see her go and will keep in touch. We do have a new member "Gilberto" but he is currently on vacation. We have many investigation coming up within the next couple months after everyone is done with vacations. I look forward to this fall.

Recent Developments - We have recently tried a process called, "Positive energy transference." At a certain time on a specified day a group of people will think of one specific person determined beforehand, who needs positive energy. Then we will all try and send energy, prayers, good thoughts, and anything else positive to try and improve that persons situation. So far 4 out of 4 peoples situations have improved. This may be caused by positive thinking, prayer or just a persons urge to improve there life, either way I am happy that lives are being improved and whatever works we will try. the woman from the Lower NYC investigations life has gradually improved, she is in much better spirits than when I first met her and she seems to be sleeping better.

Several pages have been added to this web site. "Spirit Contact" info is up and running and "Dreams" has replaced "Chat". The chat room was not very popular so I decided to remove it and replace it with more information. 3 investigations are in the planning mode. I hope everyone has a wonderful 4th of July.

We are about to conduct 2 investigations this week: one in Manhattan, the other in Long Island. I'm still working out all the details and will post more info as it becomes available. I will be expanding this web site in the near future to include info on: Lucid Dreams, Spirit Contact, and info on Ghost Hunting. Our group is an ever expanding organization. The ESP and Ganzfeld tests are both still available if anyone is interested. If you are thinking about contacting us but are hesitant, please realize that we care about every single person that contacts us, we never share personal information and we are a completely free service.

2005 is here and already the site is more popular than ever. I went to see "White Noise" in the theater this evening and I must say I was a little disappointed. It is a complete misconception that EVP's generate evil spirits, EVP's pick up people as they were in life, some are confused or angered about passing but rarely evil. As I said to my wife as we were leaving the theater, "Death does not make you a better person, so if you were an a**hole when you were alive then you shall be an a**hole when your dead." I like that the movie shall generate more interest in what we actually do, I just don't want anymore negativity on paranormal activity. I have never picked up an evil EVP during an investigation. If you are having an paranormal experience and are afraid to contact someone because you think no one can help, I want you to know, we want to help you and we will never judge what you experience. Don't be afraid anymore, we can help make it better. Happy New Year to everyone and I hope to hear from some of you soon.

I just finished updating the investigation page on our outcome from the Roxy investigation. Tony went back to Ireland for the holidays and won't be back until late January. This is usually the slow time of the year, everyone is busy shopping and getting read for the holidays, we are all taking it easy. I am looking forward to the new year and new adventures. I want to thank everyone for helping Paranormal Investigation of NYC become the top Paranormal group in NYC. I hope to see a lot of people at the meetup group on Dec 28th. I want to say a special thanks to Heidi for keeping an eye on the web site. I still want Heidi to listen to the EVP's to get her opinion. I want to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year.

Last night we investigated Roxy Studios in Queens. MTV 2 filmed the investigation and it will be aired starting February of 2005. Unfortunately Neil is away on business, so there were only 3 of us.
It was interesting doing an investigation with a video crew following us around. I felt that there were to many people around to get proper readings. I look forward to investigating the studio with only my team members. I would like to introduce our newest member heidi.

I was a little disappointed at the outcome of the meetup group last night. Only 2 members showed up, both were part of my team. We accomplished a lot anyway and are preparing for an upcoming investigation this Friday evening. I will give all the info on the investigation as soon as it is completed.

Last nights investigation went better than expected. All members were there. I would like to introduce our newest member Neil T. from Brooklyn. He joined us on the investigation and was a big help. We will be going back to the pool to continue our investigation. I am also working on an investigation at West Point NY.

We are proud to announce that we are now American Ghost Society (AGS) representatives for New York City. We have an upcoming investigation this Sunday Nov. 7th in Brooklyn. I'll update any findings soon after the investigation is complete.

The "Afterlife", "Out of Body" and "ESP" pages are up and running. I have put several point of views including my own on the afterlife page. I noticed that i'm finally on search engines, so more people will soon know about us. I'm looking forward to putting my knowledge to good use.
Strange events have been happening in my house, including: Shadows, strange photos, high emf readings, voices calling our names and toys activating on there own. Unlike myself, my wife does not appreciate the finer points of living in a haunted house, so I had a nice talk to our ghost friends and asked them not to bother my wife. They have been quiet since. My wife is very happy in my ability to quiet a haunting.
I am planning on taking a "Reiki Master" course. I am interested in learning about healing. I never stop learning. I would like to hear from anyone who has taken this course.

After a year of putting together a team and planning for the future of Paranormal Investigation of NYC, I decided to finally post a web site. This site will be an ever growing site of all information related to Paranormal Phenomena & Parapsychology. For the past 6 years I have been educated and devoted my life to all things paranormal. I would like to introduce both Tony and Joe the first members of the team. Both have been good friends of mine and I look forward to working with them. We have had some investigation that I will post soon. I will continue to research and learn as much as I possibly can. I can't wait to see how far this takes me. I hope everyone enjoys the web site.

Parapsychology is the study of mental phenomena not explainable by accepted principles of science. Over 60% of americans believe in the paranormal or have had a paranormal experience.
